Director of Technical Services | CTO | Technologist | Systems & Innovation Leader 

 

Frank White is a seasoned technology executive, systems architect, and entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience across telecommunications, IoT, cloud platforms, and software development. As Director of Technical Services at MultiTech Systems, he leads Field Application Engineering and Technical Support teams, driving customer engagement and scalable enterprise solutions. He also serves as CTO of True Blue Financials, leading technology strategy and modernization initiatives. 

 

Born in Jamaica and raised in Miami as the eldest of four by a single mother, Frank’s journey is rooted in discipline, resilience, and responsibility. He discovered his passion for technology at 14 and became the first in his family to attend college. His career spans leading global technology organizations, including Ericsson, Nortel Networks, Hitachi Communication Technologies America, Inc., Oracle, and Sierra Wireless. Throughout these roles, he has worked at the intersection of software engineering, network infrastructure, and product development—contributing to the evolution of 2G, 3G, and 4G/LTE technologies and the systems that support them. 

 

He began his career developing embedded telecommunications software and quickly advanced into leadership roles, where he architected large-scale automation systems, led distributed engineering teams, and delivered solutions that improved system performance and reduced operational costs. His work has consistently focused on solving complex technical and logistical challenges while enabling organizations to bring scalable solutions to market. In parallel with his enterprise work, Frank has built and deployed a variety of software applications, including eCommerce platforms, streaming applications, and intelligent systems capable of video analysis and conversational data processing. 

 

Earlier in his career, Frank spent over a decade as a founding partner and CTO of MoodSwingZ, LLC, where he planned and executed concerts, fundraisers, and large-scale social events. Outside of work, Frank is a passionate traveler who has visited 13 countries and has a strong interest in history and culture. He enjoys weightlifting, cycling, gardening, and exploring emerging technologies. 

A proud member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., Frank is dedicated to mentorship and community service, including working with 5th-grade boys in the Rosemont area. As a father of three daughters, he is guided by discipline, growth, and a deep commitment to making a positive impact.
